Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how TrueSweetie ("we", "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects your information when you use our AI companion platform, and the rights you have over your data. By using the service, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: email address, display name, profile photo, birth date (for age verification), and authentication identifiers (including your Google account ID if you sign in with Google). We never ask for, and you should never share, government ID numbers or payment card details with our chat characters.
- Conversation data: the messages you exchange with AI characters, including generated images and videos, and the memory facts characters store to maintain continuity.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, approximate location derived from IP (country level), device and browser type, and referral source.
- Transaction data: credit purchases and spending history. Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g. Paddle); we store only the transaction record, never full card details.
2. How we use information
We use your information to operate the service: creating your account, powering conversations and character memory, generating media you request, processing purchases, providing customer support, analyzing aggregate usage to improve the product, and preventing abuse, fraud, and underage access.
3. AI generation and your content
All characters and media on TrueSweetie are AI-generated and fictional. Prompts and messages you provide are processed by third-party AI model providers solely to generate responses and media for you. We do not sell your conversations, and we do not use your private chats as public marketing material.
4. Cookies and local storage
We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your theme and language preferences, remember basic analytics state, and remember your traffic source for attribution. We do not use third-party advertising cookies that track you across other websites.
5. Data sharing
We share data only with service providers necessary to run the platform: AI model providers (to generate responses), payment processors (to handle purchases), email delivery services, and cloud hosting. Each processes data on our instructions under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information if required by law, or to enforce our Terms and protect rights and safety.
6. Data retention
Account and conversation data are retained while your account is active. Studio generations are retained for a limited period and may be automatically cleaned (with notice) unless marked public. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time (see Section 8).
Analytics retention. Page-view logs keep the raw IP address and browser user-agent for no more than 30 days; after that they are erased and only aggregated counts remain. Product events (sign-up, first chat, checkout, payment) are kept as detail for up to 180 days, after which only daily aggregate counts are retained. Internal and test accounts are flagged and excluded from public-facing reports. Access to raw logs is limited to administrators, every query and export is audited, and CSV exports are masked by default.
7. Acceptable content and age
The platform hosts AI-generated fictional content for adults (18+) only. Prohibited content — including AI NCII (AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery), deepfakes of real people, and any content involving minors — is defined in our Content Policy and is blocked and removed when detected. We do not use Google APIs to generate such content.
8. Children and age
TrueSweetie is strictly 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. Age is verified at registration; accounts found to belong to minors are terminated and their data deleted.
9. Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data by using your profile settings or contacting us at support@truesweetie.com. We respond to verified requests within 30 days. If you are in the EEA/UK, you also have the right to object to processing, restrict processing, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority; our legal bases are contract performance (operating the service), consent (optional features), and legitimate interest (security and improvement).
10. Security
We use TLS encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls, and encrypted backups. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and promptly notify affected users if a breach occurs.
11. International transfers
Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Where required, transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced on the site; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. The effective date above always reflects the current version.

Are my chats with AI characters private?
Conversations are private to your account and are only processed to generate your responses. We do not publish or sell them.
How do I delete my data?
Contact support@truesweetie.com or clear your profile; account deletion removes personal conversations and media associated with your account.
Do you track me across the web?
No. Our cookies are first-party and functional; we do not run cross-site advertising trackers.
