Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TrueSweetie, an AI companion platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Content Policy.

1. The service

TrueSweetie provides fictional AI-generated characters you can chat with, plus AI image and video generation ("Studio"). All characters, personalities, images, and videos are AI-generated and fictional. They are not real people, do not represent real people, and interactions are for entertainment purposes only. The service does not provide professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise).

2. Eligibility and age

You must be at least 18 years old to use TrueSweetie. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep your credentials secure. One person, one account; you are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Credits, purchases and refunds

• Chatting is free within fair use. Media generation and premium content use credits: images 2 credits, videos 15 credits, and spicy unlocks 1 credit each (permanent).
• Credit packs are one-time purchases processed by our payment partners; there are no automatic recurring subscriptions unless explicitly stated at checkout.
• Failed generations are automatically refunded to your balance. Unused credits do not expire while the service is offered, but credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and are not refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service if you are under 18, or attempt to access age-restricted content as a minor;
• request or generate AI NCII (AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery), content involving minors in any sexual context, non-consensual scenarios, or depictions of real identifiable people (no deepfakes) — these are strictly prohibited and enforced;
• harass others, distribute others' personal information, or use the platform for illegal purposes;
• scrape, reverse-engineer, resell, or overload the service or its AI providers;
• misrepresent AI-generated content as featuring real people.

Violations may result in content removal, credit forfeiture, or immediate account termination without refund where serious.

5. Your content and license

You retain rights to the prompts and text you submit. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to operate the service (generation, memory, safety). Content you voluntarily mark "public" (e.g. shared generations) may be displayed to other users; you can revert it to private at any time.

6. Our intellectual property

The platform, its characters' personas, generated media library, branding, and code are owned by TrueSweetie or its licensors. Generated media is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use; commercial use requires written permission. Affiliate partners must follow the separate affiliate terms.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI output may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unsuitable for your purposes. Character statements are fiction generated for entertainment and do not reflect the views of TrueSweetie. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueSweetie is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $50, whichever is greater).

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create legal risk. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Sections that by nature survive (disclaimers, liability limits, licenses) remain in effect after termination.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced on-site; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where TrueSweetie's operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions or notices: support@truesweetie.com.
